A permanent display showcasing highlights of the airport’s historic archive, following its acquisition by the University of West London. The Heritage Lottery funded exhibition combines artefacts and historic film footage with an atmospheric soundtrack. Archive audio and commentary explores a rich narrative that tells us not just about one of the world’s most famous airports, but also how dramatically our world has changed in Heathrow’s lifetime.
